Historique :	Retable de la 1ère moitié du 15e siècle, construit pour supporter un coffre à reliquaires installé en 1403, et aménagé de façon à constituer un passage pour que les pèlerins puissent se placer au-dessous des reliques. La façade du retable présente un décor de peinture murale attribuable au 17e siècle. Les façades du retable et du coffre à reliquaire- s sont partiellement dissimulées par un habillage en bois sculpté et doré datant essentiellement des 17e et 18e siècles (cf. notice PM87000476).
