Précision sur_l'état :	Oeuvre restaurée en 1975 par Marcel Maimponte qui lui donna sa polychromie actuelle après avoir fait quelques raccords de sculpture.
Précision_sur la representation :	Le saint est représenté debout, en appui sur la jambe gauche, le pied droit est visible au bord de la terrasse. Il porte une grande aube grise et un ample mantum (chape papale) rouge bordé d'un large orfroi doré à décor de motifs circulaires. On distingue également la longue étole rouge à franges dorées croisée sur la poitrine. Les mains sont couvertes par des gants bruns et chacune main porte une bague dorée à gros cabochon. La main droite est bénissante, la gauche tient une énorme clef dont une partie repose sur l'épaule. La moitié inférieure du visage du saint est entourée par une barbe blanche généreusement bouclée. Saint Pierre porte la tiare papale à trois couronnes de fleurons dorés.
