Précision sur_l'état :	Oeuvre en mauvais état : vermoulures, doigts de la main droite du saint mutilés, bras droit de l'ange manquant, patte arrière gauche du chien mutilée, terrasse lacunaire. Polychromie et dorure modernes (?)

Précision_sur la representation :	Le saint, vêtu en costume de pèlerin de Saint-Jacques, porte une tunique dorée avec ceinture à boucle carrée et un manteau doré à collet. Il est coiffé d'un chapeau à coquille. Au-dessus de ses pieds nus sont fixées des guêtres noires à bords et revers dorés. De la main gauche il soulève un pan de sa tunique pour dévoiler la pustule sur sa cuisse gauche. A la droite du saint se tient un petit ange doré, à longue chevelure en rouleaux, qui semble tenir un flacon à parfum dans sa main gauche tendue. De l'autre côté le chien est assis, il a un collier doré et tient un pain dans la gueule.
