Description :	En forme de longue pince, ce fer a hosties est maintenu fermé au moyen d'un crochet en forme de 8 placé à l'extrémité des manches. Les plaques sont rectangulaires, l'une d'elles comporte deux grandes hosties.

Précision_sur la representation :	L'hostie de gauche est gravée du Christ en croix que prolongent des rinceaux fleuris ; de part et d'autre de la croix se lisent les inscriptions : I.H.S. et X.P.S. ; l'encadrement de double filet est complété à l'intérieur par une bordure festonnée. La seconde hostie présente un décor moins riche organisé autour du symbole christique I.H.S. : au-dessus deux volutes se rejoignent pour supporter la croix, au-dessous est gravé un petit rinceau ; la bordure se restreint à un double filet.
