Précision sur_l'état :	Oeuvre en mauvais état : visage du Christ mutilé, doigts des pieds cassés. Polychromie altérée.
Précision_sur la representation :	La Vierge est assise sur un rocher que l'on distingue sur les côtés. Sa tête, inclinée vers la gauche, est enserrée dans une guimpe couvrant le haut du front, les oreilles et le bas du menton et s'arrondissant sur le haut du buste. Le manteau remonté sur la tête tombe en larges plis, revers replié sur l'épaule droite, et découvre le bout pointu du soulier droit. La Vierge joint les mains au-dessus du corps du Christ étendu sur ses genoux. La tête de celui-ci est penchée en arrière, son visage est souligné par une fine moustache et une courte barbe, ses yeux sont clos. De la couronne d'épines s'échappent des mèches de cheveux ondulés. Son bras gauche est étendu le long du corps, la main posée à la base du perizonium, son bras droit retombe jusqu'à la terrasse.
